Roaccutane is a medication that has side effects and needs monitoring. However in some cases of mature women who keep having oiliness of the skin and acne despite having taken Roaccutane on daily basis dose as it should be and for several months, the low dose regimen can be used. So the advice is: if u don't have this case it's better not to take it.
