I have VB,my doc recommended Fasigyn (4 pills as a single dose) is it permanent? what med can i use to get rid of it permanently, is there any home remedies that can help???i heard eating yogurt helps

Fasigyn is helpful in case if what you meant by VB is Bacterial Vaginosis. If the VB (bacterial Vaginosis) is acute the infection should disappear when the treatment is over. Whereas if it was chronic, the infection won't disappear forever and will recur. Yogurt (a probiotic) will help restore the good bacteria that is in your body, and kills those responsible for the infection by lowering of the ph level. You need to follow your treatment accordingly with what your physician prescribed to you and contact him/her for a follow-up.

You should undergo a vaginal culture & have the treatment accordingly, at least a week after the fasigyn,
