Serum ferritin levels are measured as part of the iron studies workup for anemia and for restless legs syndrome. The ferritin levels measured usually have a direct correlation with the total amount of iron stored in the body
T4 (thyroxine) is a hormone produced by the thyroid gland. A laboratory test can be done to measure the amount of T4 in your blood.
A blood calcium test is ordered to screen for, diagnose, and monitor a range of conditions relating to the bones, heart, nerves, kidneys, and teeth. The test may also be ordered if a person has symptoms of a parathyroid disorder, malabsorption, or an overactive thyroid
SO if they are ordered all together they may reflect a thyroid disorder that may present with thyroxin abnormal levels ,anemia and calcium abnormalities ,or parathyroid disorder ,
calcium with vitamin D abnormal tests may reflect a bone weakness or calcium misabsorption problem
And as DR Dimassi mentioned depending on the levels high or low they will reflect a specific problem the above are general interpretations
