A symptom i am experiencing lately. Sudden feeling tiredness. As if can't stay standing. I feel that my legs & knees are so tired (no pain). It happens once or twice a week. Usually in the evening.

It could be a period of lack of sleep and stress that is causing this but it also could be anemia or problem in the thyroid. I highly recommend that you see a doctor to make sure your physical exam is normal and do general blood test as screening.
