What can I feed my kids during Ramadan in order for them to stay healthy?

It is very important that kids eat a balanced diet during Ramadan, with lots of vegetables and fruits, proteins from meat , fish , beans and milk, and carbohydrates ( rice , potatoes,cereals) .They can have some sweets given they are not in excess. Avoid giving them lots of biscuits , chocolates and cakes.

important that they have 2 meals, one at iftar and the other at sohoor.
