On the scrotum, small veins and telangiectasias can be seen. This is a benign condition.
Sometimes, large high grade varicocele can be seen deep on the lateral aspect on the scrotum.
If otherwise you have multiple large superficial veins on the scrotum, it would be better to see a urologist.
