Two weeks ago her hemoglobin was 9.14. After 2 weeks of giving her Ferplex iron and vitamin, her blood count increased to 9.75. Is there a chance that she could be cured from severe anemia?

Yes, good monitoring of her hemoglobin and observing and checking her symptoms beside the necessary treatment of her anemia will for sure make her better.
Her HB now near 10 then above 10 will be categorized as mild anemia.
