Swelling in the face & ears burning. Red spot on hands after eating spices & huge buttons on forehead. Could that be dangerous if i eat spices again?

The fact that you had swelling and redness of your face/forehead and ears, in addition to your hands, is alarming. It is better to avoid spices. You need to consult an allergy specialist and check if you need to carry around an adrenaline shot (Epi pen) in case of severe allergic reactions.
