Today i noticed some pimples on my 9 mmth baby's hands, they are on the same place for both hands. They are small reddish pimples.wt could b z reason

Are these pimples on the palms of your baby's hands? Or on the upper side? Have you noticed similar pimples anywhere else on his body,specifically on the soles of his feet? How about the mouth, any pimples there? Does he have fever,runny nose, or a cough?
Please remember that identifying the exact nature of a skin rash is not possible without direct examination. I'll try to help you as much as possible but we won't be able to reach a correct and accurate diagnosis - you'll have to have your baby examined by his pediatrician.
