Stopped smoking 3days ago.yesterday i was trying do to an aggressive cardio program called INSANITY,Ive got dizzy after 10minutes,face was yellow, my lungs hurt so bad ! What to do to perform better?

To be able to start the "Insanity" Program, you should be start in a progressive way since you're a smoker. On a side note, It would be wise to see your cardiologist in case you have any cardiac problems.
