Since 2 days my 4 mn baby isnt sleeping knowing that he is well fed diaper changed and burped, i dono whats wrong with him he wants me to carry him all time , when putting hm in bed he turns on tomy

Have you checked whether you are overbundling him (overdressing him and applying too many covers)? It could be simply that he is feeling hot, which causes irritation. And remember: by now, your baby does not need to be overdressed because his body can regulate its temperature, so if you feel hot, then most probably he does the same as you.
Also make sure there are no mosquitoes or insect bites.
