Please i need to live a healthy life style. from where i should start and what should i do? note that i dont have any deseas. thanks in advanced

Start by taking the stairs, everywhere, everyday, it is a good way to start having your body adapting to become more active. If your work or university are not extremely far from home, walk, at least when going back home (arriving all sweaty to work is not pleasant of course). Try stretching for a few minutes after sitting for 1-2 hours, this helps you protect yourself from heart disease.
Drink water: ensure a minimum daily intake of 2 liters of pure water.
If you smoke, plan on quitting: it's ever too late to kick this extremely health hazardous habit.
Limit your alcohol intake.
Be more mindful about what you eat: avoiding high salt intake (especially packed goods), staying away from food items high in saturated and trans fats, and most importantly keeping away from sugar (the most recent scientific data keep exposing the innumerable negative health impact of sugar). Enrich your diet with fibers, they have countless health benefits.
