There is no miraculous way to loose your belly fat but there are approaches that has demonstrated their efficacy.
Loosing weight will make you loose your belly fat. Having a balanced diet low in fat, low in fast sugar, high in fibers and with adequate protein intake will help.
Increase your daily calorie expenditure: walk, swim, dance, run, exercise on a very regular basis and tone your abs.
If the result is satisfactory then you are done. If not,this approach will be the perfect preparation for undergoing a liposuction of your belly fat. This has shown excellent results over time.
But remember that even liposuction will not help if you don't do your part of the deal.

If your fat is intra-abdominal then you will probably lose it with dieting and exercise alone. If this does not help then bariatric surgery can help if you are a good candidate. If your fat is just under the skin and not intra-abdominal then liposuction will be a good solution for you. However, as Dr. Mutant has pointed out above, after liposuction you will need to keep exercising and eating in a balanced way in order to maintain the results.
