Is it safe to take oral erythromycin to treat moderate acne and rosacea during pregnancy? My family medicine doctor said it is okay, but I just want to be sure. I am 10 weeks pregnant.

Erythromycin is FDA pregnancy category B. It is not expected to harm an unborn baby as Dr. Mona said, it is safe but this drug should be used during pregnancy only if clearly needed. So it depends on your medical situation.
