On the 9th day of my cycle, I had safe sex. A day later we also had sex but the condom was torn so I directly took EllaOne. My normal cycle is 27 days and I'm 2 days late with symptoms. Am I pregnant?

There is no 100% contraception even if the risk of being pregnant is very low. I do recommend to have a urinary pregnancy test and an ultrasound.
