I have a swimming competition in the next few days and i will be on my period.. What pill should I take to make my period a bit late? And does this pill have effects on my cycle and next coming period

you should take progesterone derivative medication, to postpone your period, but if you are too close to the period it won't work perfectly,
Consult your gyn for the prescription,
When taking it , your period will come in 3 to 4 days after stopping it
