No matter what time I sleep at night, whether early or late, I can't seem to wake up in the morning even after 6 alarms! Is the problem related to lack of vitamins or something else?

There are a variety of things that can be responsible for your symptoms, and they can range from simple things like fatigue and stress during the day, to potentially more serious issues like sleep disorders, namely Sleep Apnea. If members of your household notice you having increased snoring or spells of breath holding during sleep, I suggest you see a specialist and maybe get a sleep study. Lack of vitamins is pretty low on the differential. Hope this helps.
