My wife is facing some hair loss. She is in good health, no health issues at all. Any advice?

In case of hair loss, we initially need to rule out possible underlying organic causes. Mainly, we think of two entities:
1- Iron-deficiency anemia, especially in women of the reproductive age group (meaning they are still getting the menstrual period), because blood loss during the menstrual period can lead to low iron stores in the body, especially if the diet is poor in sources of iron. In order to find out, we take blood for complete blood count, ferritin (iron stores indicator) and total iron binding capacity (TIBC)

2- Thyroid gland disease: if the thyroid gland is overactive (secreting a lot of thyroid hormones) or underactive, this causes problem in the hair bulbs. Measuring the thyroid hormones levels in the blood (including thyroxine or free T4, and thyroid-stimulating hormone or TSH), can help find out if there are disturbances in the function of the thyroid gland, especially if there is unexplained weight gain/loss (meaning without dieting), nervousness, cold or heat intolerance.

These tests are done as a baseline. Further investigation of the case may be necessary of the test results turn out to be normal.
