My test results say " Large Hiatal Hernia and Mod erosive gastropathy" should I be expecting a surgery? Also can those be the cause of almost-constant headaches?

The moderate erosive gastropathy is common and treated medically.
It is unlikely that the results above are linked to your headaches.

if the symptoms of hiatal hernia disappearwith medical treatment no need for surgery . reflux can give sometimes headache
