My period is 10 days late, however I'm not sexually active. I'm 19 and I don't recall ever being 10 days late. What could it be?

If you are not sexually active this most probably is an anovulatory cycle. This means you did not ovulate last month and this is frequent and can happen due to multiple causes ( stress, travel, sports etc,,.)
You should not worry , but you should see your gynecologist so that you can discuss this issue and he can rule out any other serious medical causes.
