My partner has low-risk HPV(genital warts).My pap smear indicate:"inflammatory smear with marked reactive cellular change".I have genital warts also but what does the inflammation mean? Any treatment?

Did you do the test for the virus? Inflammation means a reaction to these warts. Sometimes these lesions regress spontaneously, other times, it needs cryusurgery or laser.
