My mother has a hight fever for about 4 days with no sensation of flu or stomachache due to blood test everything is normal exept immunology is very hight 199 mg l and extra WBC what is the cause ?

The information presented is insufficient to give an opinion. I wonder what is meant by immunology. How old is your mom? does she have other diseases? A common cause of high grade fever in elderly is urine infection, did she have a urine test?
