I got an injection two weeks ago for fever, the fever got reduced in 2 days, but at the site of injection i'm feeling burning and itching sensation, is there any medicine to reduce it

You should be examined by a physician to make sure the area is not affected with cellulitis (inflammation of the skin layers) which occurs when the skin barrier is breached (in your case the causative agent is the needle injection) and leads to entry of germs through the skin breech. Cellulitis is characterized by the skin feeling warmer than the adjacent areas, is raised, fells indurated (hard), and looks reddish. The treatment could be a simple topical application, or oral antibiotics, depending on the degree of cellulitis, and this can only be determined by proper examination by a physician.
