As Dr. Dimassi said, nasal washing with isotonic nasal saline such as Physiomer or Sterimar, is the best treatment for your child.Your child has a stuffed nose and is swallowing the secretions which are causing the cough. Nasal washing can help and you can do it up to 6 times per day or more.
