My 11 years old son, is developing some kind of a respiratory tick like a small cough, getting worse, Dr's say it goes with age most of the time, does it mean he has to stay like this for many years?

tics might disappear with time (most of the time after a couple of months) but if it doesnt, there are medications that we give that can help on resolving it. The important is to try to avoid pointing at the tics when your kid have them. they are exacerbated with stress and anxiety.
