Lately I've been having the flu every month. I regularly take vitamin c & when I'm sick: panadol & maxilase. What should I do to stop getting sick?

Hello, Maxillase is useless dont use it anymore, you can take the flu shot  for the next flu season, for this season it is too late. stay away from sick people, flu is a viral infection. And it is self limited which does not require any treatment only supportive care. Unfortunately you cant do anything to stop getting sick but as i told u previously flu shot can help
