I've heard about Erythromelalgia, can u tell me when this disease starts causing redness, becz I have heat and burning pain in hands & feet, but no redness, could I be suffering from Erythromelalgia?

a CBCD should be done to rule out any increase of the red blood cells .. the hematocrit usually is increased more than 48% .the only way to make sure, if it is erythromelalgia or not. it can ba allergy or other kind of vasculitis, or lack of Calcium, magnesium, etc .. a general check up and routine blood analysis is required .
