I've had a lump on the back of my head since I was young. It has grown in the past 5 months, it's now 2cm. It hurts me and gives me headaches. What could be the cause behind this? Should I worry?

Acute (recent and rather fast) changes that occur in any skin tag or mole require clinical assessment, to look at the contours, color, texture, any associated enlarged lymph nodes in the vicinity of this lesion etc. A conclusive judgment via online consultation cannot determine the underlying cause of the changes in the lump that you have described - you need to seek medical attention at the doctor's office.
