My baby is 5 months/2weeks old, she's been eating & sleeping well until the past 2 days lately she's eating much less & sometimes crying for an hour in a row.. her teeth are growing,is it the problem?

yes it could be her teething pain especially if no other symptoms(like fever ,runny nose,diarrhea) than you report is seen.Symptoms can last for just a few days, right around the time a new tooth is coming in.you can use teething gel to minimize his pain and cold pressure toys to bite on his gum .if If nothing else is working and your baby needs relief, over-the-counter painkiller like acetaminophen.
