This could be due to hemorrhoids, a healing anal fissure, or a worm infestation. The only way to find out is by direct examination of the area. Meanwhile you can try to do a Sitz bath: soak your perineum in warm water and iodine solution (Bétadine) for about 15 min. It should help relieve the itching.
