Is it better to take Xenical which is a Laxative rather than some diet pills?

There are typically two different kinds of weight-loss prescription medications. Some medications are appetite suppressants. Xenical is another form of weight-loss medication that works in your digestive system to block about one third of the fat in the food you eat from being digested.
Both medications can cause serious side effects; following a diet and doing some exercise would be a better choice.
These medications could be given by a doctor in certain cases or when the BMI (body mass index) is greater than 30. And the patient shoud do certain tests before, plus that the medications can cause different interactions with several drugs.
