Normally xenical is taken to decrease weight. And people with overactive thyroid "hyperthyroidism" are skinny and not obese. So it is a bit paradoxic. Xenical can be taken with hyperthyroidism with no known serious complications.remember xenical should be taken during fatty meals only otherwise it will have no benefit.
