Is there a difference between real huunger and fake hunger, where the latter means that you feel hungry but you're really not because you ate not long ago. Can you explain more about this phenomenon?

a technique tha could be used in order to figure out if you're actually hungry or not would be drinking 0.5l of water.
you see sometimes we forget to hydrate and the body, craving water makes you think that you're hunger while you're just simply thirsty. if after drinking you feel that you are still hungry, then it's time to go make yourself a sandwich.
