Is stress (due to family/work) something that could be reduced with Vitamins/medicament or with psychiatrist?

Stress can be reduced through several ways. It all depends on the kind of stress and the level of stress that you are experiencing.
One excellent way if the stress is not very elevated is sports. Any kind of sports is excellent as long as it is done routinely. Another way to reduce stress is through yoga and meditation.
If the stress level is more severe, psychotherapy (talk therapy with a psychologist) can help. Ultimately, certain medications are excellent for stress if the above is not helpful. Good luck!

yes,reaction to (stress or stressful events)can be reduced by several means including :

1-support from friends,close relatives,or colleages............ets .

2-Relaxation  training

3-Cognitive and behavioral therapy

4-stress-management programmes

5-Problem-solving techniques

6-Anxiolytics

so,you have a wide range of options,but it is always better to seek help directly from a professional person who is supposed to help you .
