I'm suffering from a 2 months old trauma caused by wrong movement. It's localised on the medial side of the patella. There's no signs of inflammation. I used profenid and panadol joints. What to do?

You may have injured one of the ligaments. Consult an orthopedic surgeon. He will order an MRI of the knee for diagnosis and will advise you on proper treatment.
