Im having irregular menstrual cycles. Ultrasound for pelvis impressions: bicavitary uterus, needs MRI (how would it affect me?); left ovarian cyst (3.4cm simple cyst) [should I be worried?]Thank you

the simple cyst can induce irregular cycle if it secretes hormones,
usually it resolves by itself, it needs ultrasound control.
for your uterus type, it can be bicornuate or septate, this is why they want you to go through MRI. you need to discuss this with your GYN, as it can not be fully explained here.
