I have cysts in the pancreas,can these be treated by diet only?

Cysts in pancreas may not disappear on diet. Usually they are not worrisome. your doctor may elect to follow them up and monitor their size radiologically. In few instances they are operated upon. Medications usually don't help in making them disappear

No, they cannot be treated by diet. They need a echographical follow up every 6 months.

Pancreatic cysts do not disappear on diet. A follow up by ultrasound must be done possible rupture of cyst.
