I'm breast feeding since 11 month since my delivery I didn't hv my period I stoped cerazete 4 days ago & now I'm feeling pain in my legs,back & stomach as if I'm in 1st period wat could it be

First of all congratulation for feeding this period of time, really bravo..
Yes it can be your period that will be coming,
Check with your Gyn for a pelvic ultrasound to see the lining of the uterus ( endometrium) to see if your menses are imminent
