there is no ideal operation, the type of the operation must be chosen after a discussion and a full explanations of the different type of bariatric surgeries.
some important details are like the height and if there is some comorbidities ( diabetes, ...) but in general you must have a Body mass index between 47 and 60, the best operation, the quickest and one of the most effective is the sleeve gastrectomy, which consist of cutting and removing 80% of your stomach , with this operation you will remove 60 to 70% of your excess weight loss =60 kg
