I work 12 hours a day. And I only have 10 minutes to do sports inthe morning and anothee 10 minutes in the evening. What's the best thing to do to stay fit?

with this little recreation time the best tthingto do is walking if ever you have more time swimming is an alternative

Here are some tips or advices to do :
-you can wake up earlier than you wake up every day so that you will have more time to exercise even if 20 min earlier this will be good
-pay attention to your daily diet ,eat well healthy food ,don't skip breakfast ,and don't eat late night
-drink plenty of water not less than 2 liters /day
-don't drink with meals ,only before or after by 30 min
-restrict your caffeine intake ,don't smoke, and take instead fresh juice
-since you have no time ,you can exercise in quality not quantity of time spent (exercise for example on a treadmill but change every 2 min the intensity and the incline this will burn more calories ,you can also hold dumbbells while on a treadmill and exercise you hands and shoulders whille running ,walking or hopping)
-don't stay on the same exercise routine every day this will burn more
-sleep well
