I woke up tired with a headache and my body feels like it is being electrocuted. my chest is in mild pain as well. i am cold and lightheaded. what could this be?

If you have been completely healthy before and you are not taking medicines, then you could be starting a viral infection and possibly running a bit of fever. I recommend you take paracetamol, drink a lot of fluids, get some rest and wait till you see how thingswill evolve.
