I was coughing since a week after 3 days I checked with Dr gave me prospan & zyrtec 2 days later red spots shows on my legs & following day all over my body and start to be itchy & still have cough

This could be a rash caused b a viral illness, especially if you get exposed to children. The rash needs to be examined by a physician to discern the particular type as there are many types of skin rashes. The good thing is that you do have fever - this is reassuring.
Meanwhile, and just in case this is a contagious condition, refrain from getting in close contact with babies/young children or old persons who are vulnerable and can easily catch the infection.
