I started Isosupra 2 months ago but I still have pimples and red marks. The doctor gave me Nadixa but I'm afraid it won't get better by August which is the last month of treatment.

Two months is still too early to say that you may not respond or your responsivity is slow; usually the course is given in 6 months if slow responsivity, then the doctor adds antibiotics (already done by your doctor) or patients may receive one or more further courses of isotretinoin. This may be at a similar dose and duration as before, or it may differ from previously.
Don't worry, there is still time for treatment usually by 6 months most patients of acne are satisfied.
Don't miss if there is other cause of acne such as PCOS (acne+irregular mens+obesity+excess facial hair) to prevent acne recurrence after duration of isosupra treatment is finished.
