I need a dermatologist please to answer me, I have some white dots around the upper skin of my penis, the radius of these dots are small, what can those dots be ? thank you

Those are white dots at the base of the glans of the penis, just above the penile skin.
If this is the case, you don't have to worry. This is a benign condition that needs no treatment.
If it's not the case, it would be better to show it to your physician because it is difficult to treat dermatological conditions without seeing the problem.
