I may have contacted an STD on Saturday afternoon but I do not know for sure. I used a condom but had a very weird feeling the day after. How long do i have to wait for screening? and what kinds of tests should i do? Do you think it would be a good idea to take PEP just in case i may have HIV?

It is very soon to decide for now if you have had an STD or not.
The screening tests that must be done are: HBV, HCV, VDRL and HIV.
Those must be done now (to be sure that you don't have those as a baseline) and after 3 months (to be sure that you didn't get any STD).
It is not necessary for the time to take any drugs.
