I'm male, my age 17 and i feel short so i wanna to increase my tall how can i do this or it's impossible to do any thing ?

It is very hard to do anything at this age, because your epiphyseal plate will soon close, you will add 2 to 3 cm maximum and when your epiphysis closes then you won't get any taller, But i advised you to do a test called " Bone age" to check if your bone age is commensurate with your chronological age if your bone age is delayed then you will add more centimeters
