I'm feeling pain under my ribcage when I breathe, talk loudly or even laugh! What does that have to do with? At first I suggested that it might be caused by wrong sleep but the pain is increasing!

the pain your describing can be of several causes. it can be a musculoskeletal pain ie muscle spasm or bony pain.
or it can be inflammation in the pleura and pleural space (between the lung and the chest wall.)
or it can be something more serious which is pulmonary embolism.
it is preferable to be seen by a physician who might request imaging such as chest Xray or CT scan depending on the history and physical exam.
