I have pain in the bottom of my billy at the both lateral side i think it is the inguinal area what is the reason & does the varicocele is the only reason or there is another reason ?what is the cure?

1- inguinal hernia
2- urinary disease like stones or crystalls
3- irritable bowel syndrome
4- parietal and muscular pain
so the cure depend on the cause
