I have got tinnitus for four years now with constant ear ringing in my right ear and a sense of imbalance and vertigo. What are the causes and how could I cure it?

د. Raffi Jil-Hagopian طب الأذن والحنجرة
Tinnitus associated with vertigo for a long period of time might be due to inner ear problem, auditory and vestibular (balance) nerve issues, or problems with blood microcirculation, and even more serious issues in the junction of the inner ear and the brain. An audiogram is mandatory here, plus medical imaging (CT scan/MRI) might be needed as well. Have your ENT doctor examine you.

Tinnitus with vertigo for a certain time could be related to many diseases such as an increase in pressure in inner ear, also we may think of accoustic neurinoma so we have to do audio eng, mri.
