!!!! why are u thinking of cancer? at 22 years of age cancer in general is rare, and in the mouth is almost none existent cause the age range at risk is >50 years of age. all you have is an infection with an alertness of your immune system manifested by the presence of lymph node around the infected area. drop a visit to your dentist or general physician to prescribe u an antibiotic and a pain killer and you will be fine.
